User Password Change Audit report

                                      User Change password Audit report

To Run this report User should have the  ASE_USER_PASSWORD_CHANGES_AUDIT_REPORT_PRIV or IT security Manger Job Role.

This is a schedule process, to run this process :

Tools => Schedule Process =>  Schedule New Process => select User Password Change Audit Report and run this process by giving the parameters.

Example:

1. Go to security console which is under tools.
2. select the Users tab and search any user.

 3. Under Actions select the Reset password.

 4. Change the password and click on reset password.

5. Tools => Schedule Process =>  Click Schedule New Process

6. Select the Job : User Password Change Audit Report

7. In User Pattern We can select the All Users or specific user or the User Name with some pattern

 8.  Select the start date and end date that we want a report. Click on submit.

 9. After the process succeeded, Click on attachments.

10. We can download the report in CSV or XML formats that we need.

 11. The report will be like this:

Here Updated By is the user who reset the password.

Here Updated Types can be three:

1. ADMIN: Line Manager or security Manager.
2. SELF_SERVICE : User Made the change in set preferences or reset the password.
3. FORGOT_PASSWORD : User click on forgot password to reset the password.
